Michael Kelley, CPA/ABV, CVA graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Mr. Kelley is the managing partner of the firm and specializes in tax consulting and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and participates in business valuation and litigation support engagements. Mr. Kelley has been accredited in business valuation by the AICPA. Mr. Kelley is an alumni member of the Young Men’s Business League, which benefits the Sunshine Camps in Austin, Texas.
