Michael Kelley, CPA/ABV, CVA graduated with Distinction from the University of Michigan. Mr. Kelley specializes in tax consulting and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and participates in business valuations and litigation support engagements. Mr. Kelley has been accredited in business valuation by the AICPA. Mr. Kelley is a former member of The Young Men's Business League, which benefits the Sunshine Camps in Austin, Texas.
